All Orders For Goods Are Accepted Subject To The Following Conditions, And Shall Form Part And Govern The Contract Of Sale.

All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Pricing

The company reserves the right to vary the price of any goods due to changes in market conditions on the date of actual supply. The shown dollar price is only a guide line. 

Prices Quoted Are For Internet Orders Only And May Not Be Available From Retail Premises.

Delivery

The company aims to ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. If due to non availability or other causes beyond the company control, the purchaser will be informed in writing.

Claims

No liability for any damage will be accepted by the company unless the purchaser informs the company in writing or by telephone within 48 hours of delivery.

Guarantee

The products are supported by a manufacturers warranty, the purchaser accepts an obligation to process their claim directly with the manufacturer. We are your partner to help you with warranty claims.

Returns

If you feel you have a faulty product, please read our returns policy below. An RMA number must be obtained prior to return a product you feel is faulty. Contact warranty@creative-namibia.com.

Make sure you provide a proove of purchase.

If the manufacturer request the part to be returned to their warranty centre to save time, we will provide you with the address. .

If you are satisfied that your product is faulty, you must request an RMA number by phone before the product can be returned. You will then be contacted with your RMA number within 2 working days. The RMA number must be displayed clearly on the packaging, items without a valid RMA number will be refused.

The purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the product.

Returned items MUST be complete with original packaging and all cables, manuals, software, and drivers.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss or damage. The company cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit, irrespective of whether they are faulty.

If the returned product tests faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. Any modifications or damage to the product will void any warranty.

Should the product prove not to be defective, the purchaser will incurr N$150.00 testing fee plus return carriage costs. These will be charged against the debit/credit card used on the origional purchase.

Should the purchaser wish to return an unused item a 15% restocking fee will apply.
